African Soap

The assistant to the king warned me that for his people this object was designed for personal protection. But it was only after much frustrated effort that he saw that, for my people, it would perform a similar function as hand and body soap. What a laugh! Those fellows on the Ivory Coast sure have a wicked sense of humor. Of course it helps to have a good translator handy!
