Avant Nez: Bespoke Wellness Fragrances by Contraposto

OBJECTIVE: Design a custom fragrance as the unique olfactory expression of the client's sensibility.
OVERVIEW: As with haute couture, each fragrance in the Avant Nez collection is made to order for a specific client, using a proprietary collaborative process.
The process entails a sequence of three pre-arranged meetings with fragrance designer Brian Goeltzenleuchter. These meetings set the context for an evocative and intense journey into the creation of the client's personal fragrance.
At the first meeting Brian introduces the client to a selection of precious fragrance components, and they discuss how these components relate to the client's tastes and sensibilities. Brian then explains the modality of applied kinesiology, and performs a diagnostic procedure with the client to identify specific fragrance components that strengthen or weaken the client's spirit, with the goal of formulating a personal fragrance designed to maximize their well-being.
At the second meeting Brian presents the client with three prototypes for a personal fragrance. The chosen fragrance is adapted to the client's desired applications: eau du parfum or eau du cologne. The fragrance can also be incorporated into beauty and home products such as soap, lotion, candles, and ambient fragrance.
At the third meeting the client is presented with his or her personal fragrance packaged in an artisan container which is designed to protect the fragrance from light and heat.
Prices upon request, starting at $900 for a 3.66 oz bottle. Refills begin at $90. The client's formula is a Contraposto trademark and remains strictly confidential.
